50095 is a meditation on the rural, its values and the changes this culture faces in the age of the anthropocene. This work was created in conversation with Andrés Galindo Pizarro, a Spanish shepherd, using phenomenological methodologies.

The video and sound together with the shepherd’s biography help to visualise the relation between that which sustains us and the socially constructed political positions that human groups create for themselves, intertwining personal experiences and choices with collective values and social identities.
