Brunelleschi's proof of perspective

Having taught for many years High Italian Renaissance, I particularly enjoyed visiting the Baptistery that Brunelleschi used in his proof of perspective in the beautiful city of Firenze. Equally enjoyable was seeing the frescoes in the cupola of Santa Maria del Fiore up close, after a climb of many steps through medieval staircases.
