RAW::COOKED is an ongoing research and collaboration with the beautiful people of Belalcázar, Spain.
This project investigates rural culture, objects as carriers of knowledge, connection and value in the context of proximity to the land. It manifested in a series of interventions, exhibitions, paper presentations and field trips. Collective sharing of home made wine produced by shepherd Andrés Galindo Pizarro was also part of this research.
